It's All In The Lighting

I finished Clue 3 of Secret of the Stole. I am caught up on this one. This is the same stole as seen in previous photos. The only difference is the time of day and the lighting by which the photos were taken. It gives a good contrast to the stole and the background enabling one to see the pattern with clarity. :)

Now I'm off to start on Clue 2 of Secret of Chrysopolis before Clue 5 is released on Friday. Clue 1 for Mystic Waters is to be released on Wednesday. The swatch chart for Muir was released today. I have until November 15th before that one starts.

Oh yeah, I signed up for another KAL, Spring Shawl Surprice. Nope, that is not a typo. The wonderful designer, Lul, is from Denmark I believe and made a slight misspelling. Ktudhodsek4. That is me trying to write in Danish. :)

Peggy,
Your knitting looks so great! I'm still plugging away on 2 and have about 20 more rows before I start 3. Tomorrow I'll wind the yarn for Mystic Waters - hopefully after unpacking my ball winder. If you want encouragement for SoC, look at http://beyenburgerin.wordpress.com/ as she is current. I'm so wanting this pattern when it's published! Enjoy!

It looks fantastic! Cute idea to back light like that to show off the laciness!
I should finish clue 3 today myself, waiting on the morning to start Mystic Waters!! I "envy" you having the Chrysopolis clues.... I missed the signup and only wonder if I can afford such a beauty when she releases the pattern!
Keep up the great work!

I am continually amazed by your Secret of the Stole. WOW!!! It is incredibly beautiful and you deserve extra credit for keeping all of your other KALs in order. I find your knitting so inspiring, especially on days when I'm not feeling so good about my projects.

Wonderful Peggy - I love the color - I love to read your responses on all the lace knit alongs we are both part of - keep up the good work - I'm only trying to keep up with SOTS for now and get ready for Mystic Waters (my ball is wound) but I still need to swatch. Please blog about what yarns/beads you will be using for each project coming up - I don't really want to research thru the message lists (too many ones I already don't understand) - the best to you as you progress

I had to tear out my whole scarf last night and feel somewhat like I'll be making scarves for a while. Love the shawl. Too pretty.

Seems like a very good thing that my SSS doesn't start until January ;-)
Happy to have you in the group!
