Good Golly Gee Batman!!! Part Deux

I have finally begun spinning the gloriously beautiful batts that Abby sent as July's Batt Club fiber. These are so soft and easy to work with. My spinning of them is going fairly well. I guess the real proof will be in the plying and setting of twist huh? I've included the original picture of the batts and two pictures of what I've spun thus far.

I enlarged your picture and looked at one of the strands as it goes to the bobbin. It is so perfectly even! As a beginner, I'm in awe. And what beautiful colors to work with.

I can't wait to get this batch of batts! I've never actually treated myself to Abby's batts yet, and I fear I'll be hooked once I spin on.

That stuff has a gorgeous sheen and your spinning looks so even!

We still have 15 people in the house... life should be closer to normal by Wednesday!

You are spinning so fine, I love seeing how the colors are turning out. Will this be a lace project? It must be a dream to spin.
